We’re excited to announce that New World The Sands will be joining the community later this year! With a brand-new store and impressive offering across grocery, butchery, deli, bakery, produce and liquor, we can’t wait to open our doors to the Papamoa community!
With our opening date set for November 2024, we’re seeking Night Fill Assistants to join the team. You’ll play a key part in our journey post successful store opening and continuously deliver an awesome shopping experience for our community.
Required shifts: 8:00pm – 12:00am
Full Time and Part-time hours available
The role:

Assisting with stock moving/unloading.
Ensuring the store is filled with stock, well merchandised, and attractively presented for trading - Full training will be provided.
Working with other staff members to ensure that stock is put away accurately in the storeroom.
Build relationships with the wider team and leadership to get the very best results.

What we're looking for:

A positive attitude with great commitment and enthusiasm to give your role 100%.
Proven high level of communication, honesty, reliability, and integrity.
Fit and able to work on your feet (involves heavy lifting).
Know how to work in a team and be a contributing member.
Take pride in your work and can achieve outstanding stock presentation standards.
Well organised and always maintain high compliance standards.
