We are looking for a Service Advisor on a 10-month maternity leave contract. In this key role, you will help ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Service Department by being the crucial link between our customers and our service team. The responsibilities include a range of customer service, administration and banking tasks.
Both our staff and customers are at the heart of what we do – and it is important to recognise and nourish these key relationships. We value members who bring their unique flare, energy and ideas to enrich our team culture.
No vehicle knowledge or extensive previous experience is required as we provide full training and ongoing support; you just need to bring a positive attitude and commitment.
This is a Monday – Friday role, so the weekends are your own.

Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Basic computer skills and familiarity with the Microsoft suite
Ability to work both individually and collaboratively in a team
