A little about you:
Great communicator both verbally and written.
Computer Savvy.
Self motivated individual with the initiative to get things done.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Customer service experience within a sales background or similar.
Strong attention to detail.
Full drivers license (ability to drive manual preferred but not necessary).
Responsibilities:
Sales support and document processing.
Meeting and greeting customers.
Assisting with vehicle deliveries.
Maintaining accurate database.
Ensuring the vehicle is in perfect (Toyota showroom standard) condition for customer deliveries.
Updating of vehicle logs and spreadsheets.
Tracking stock production and arrivals.
Stocking/tracking/reporting all new car stock.
Ensuring delivery times meet expected timeframes.
Ensuring advertisement photos and marketing is kept up to date for New Vehicles.
As we are open 7 days a week, weekend work is required, however we operate on a fair rotating roster.
