New Vehicle Sales Cadet

Albany Toyota is an award-winning family owned dealership with over 100 staff members across multiple sites. We have over 30 years of automotive experience and a proud history of providing excellent customer satisfaction. Due to demand, we are now looking for our next Sales Cadet superstar! If you have a passion for people and all things automotive, then this may just be the role you have been looking for to kick start your career in the automotive sales industry.
A little about you:

Great communicator both verbally and written.

Computer Savvy.

Self motivated individual with the initiative to get things done.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.

Customer service experience within a sales background or similar.

Strong attention to detail.

Full drivers license (ability to drive manual preferred but not necessary).

Responsibilities:

Sales support and document processing.

Meeting and greeting customers.

Assisting with vehicle deliveries.

Maintaining accurate database.

Ensuring the vehicle is in perfect (Toyota showroom standard) condition for customer deliveries.

Updating of vehicle logs and spreadsheets.

Tracking stock production and arrivals.

Stocking/tracking/reporting all new car stock.

Ensuring delivery times meet expected timeframes.

Ensuring advertisement photos and marketing is kept up to date for New Vehicles.

As we are open 7 days a week, weekend work is required, however we operate on a fair rotating roster.
