About The Grill
The reinvigorated 'The Grill' will celebrate Aotearoa's culinary treasures, sourcing locally from artisans, fishers, and farming families dedicated to quality. Diners can expect the finest quality grass-fed steaks, from 100% New Zealand owned and operated suppliers, and sustainable line-caught fish. The restaurant will be open for dinner and also offers an all-day bar and snack menu, and breakfast for hotel guests. The main dining room seats 85 with additional courtyard, bar and loggia seating.
A bit about you

You will have at least 2 years' experience in a similar al a carte restaurant
You will have extensive beverage knowledge and be confident recommending accordingly
Your passion for providing exceptional service will be evident in everything you do
You will be well presented and a confident communicator
