Sales Manager

Sky City is the Auckland region's centre of entertainment, welcoming customers each year to our casino, restaurants and bars, hotels, theatre and Sky Tower. It's always a fun, vibrant place to be.
This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic person to be part of a fun and highly driven team. As a Sales Manager you'll play a critical role in the implementation and execution of sales for our Hotels including the new 5 star Horizon by Sky City joining our existing properties Sky City Hotel and The Grand by Sky City here in Auckland.
With over 900 rooms across our three hotels, this role is perfect for an enthusiastic and driven individual with previous experience in a sales management role who is ready for their next challenge!
This role contributes and participates in a range of sales strategies and activities including:

Contracting new and repeat business with a range of research and business development activities aimed at generating business
Development of a sales activity plan across all customer segments
Ability to identify and create new opportunities
Plan, implement and lead sales campaigns
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders

To be successful:

Proven experience in a sales management role within a large corporate organisation preferably in the Hotel, Hospitality or Tourism sector
Success in executing sales strategies to build market share
Strong negotiator and influencer
Confident decision maker
Results focused
Enthusiastic, driven, determined
