The role of Senior Production Operator is a hands on role, focussed on meeting production targets and ensuring standards and procedures are met on a daily basis.

As this is a senior role, you will need to have experience in a food manufacturing environment (pet preferred, but not essential), but critical to the role is a positive attitude and willingness to pick up whatever is needed to be done. You will be a reliable, keen team player, with good relationship building skills and a genuine desire to grow within the business.
This is a full time permanent role on day shift from 6am to 6pm 4 days on followed by 4 days off.

Key responsibilities:

Operating production equipment in line with SOPs
Working within a team to exceed production targets
Proactively working to improve efficiencies

The person we are seeking will have:

Experience in a food manufacturing environment
Good written and verbal skills
Physically fit – our roles involve lifting 25kg of frozen meat
Food Safety Quality knowledge
