Our Microsoft Dynamics 365 team in Auckland has an opening for a highly competent Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant who is a solid allrounder in all modules of the Customer Engagement suite. You will be joining one of the most experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 teams in New Zealand who manage many interesting and challenging projects.
This is a customer-facing role, and you must be able to demonstrate thorough technical and functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, with a specific focus on Customer Service and Field Service.
Skills and experience | Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako
- 5 + years’ experience configuring, developing and delivering Dynamics 365 CRM implementations, including Customer Service and Field Service which is essential (and Contact Center would be nice to have)
- Demonstrable, strong technical understanding of the Power Platform and Dataverse solution delivery, including version control and deployment pipelines
- Understanding and ability to design, build and implement PCF and React.Js controls
- Knowledge and experience to design and build plugins in C# and Java Script
- Knowledge and experience delivering Power Page Portals is preferred
- Knowledge and experience delivering Canvas Apps
- Knowledge and experience with Azure Dev Ops is preferred
- Knowledge and experience with data migration tools and SSIS is preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of the full SDLC is required
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team players who are highly customer-focused
- Proven experience with the delivery of high-quality solutions according to set timelines and budgets is essential
