We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant in Wellington. This role offers the exciting opportunity to lead relationships and engagements for customers in the lower North and South Island. We're open to candidates who excel in either business process optimization and stakeholder relationships or technical expertise in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, implement, and manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement services & projects
- Lead presales activities, including drafting RFx's and statements of work
- Balance project scope, schedule, and resources to ensure successful delivery
- Build and maintain relationships with Microsoft, partners, and customers
- Drive internal process improvements and mentor team members
- Contribute to product development and innovation in D365 and Power Platform solutions

A Business Process and Relationship Expert
- Proven ability to guide stakeholders in leveraging technology to solve business problems
- Strong skills in building relationships and communicating with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams to successful project delivery
- Deep understanding of business processes across various industries
OR
A Technology Expert
- Extensive technical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM first-party apps and Power Platform
- Strong background in solution architecture, analysis, design, and configuration
- Hands-on experience with integration tools and third-party solutions
- Knowledge of the wider Microsoft suite of products and competitor tools
Essential Qualifications (for both paths)
- Minimum of five years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform
- Proven track record in implementing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to travel within the lower North and South Island
