Your expertise in React and modern web technologies will be pivotal as we transition from Single Page Applications (SPA) to a Microfrontend architecture. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable web applications.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies, tools, and trends, and drive their adoption within the team.
  • Work closely with product managers and UX/UI designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Identify and address performance bottlenecks and technical debt, ensuring the long-term health of the codebase.
  • Lead efforts in improving the developer experience, including tooling, documentation, and workflows.
  • Advocate for and implement best practices in frontend architecture, including modularisation, component-based design, and reusable code patterns.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 7+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React and modern Java Script/Type Script.
  • Proven experience leading teams in the development of large-scale web applications.
  • Extensive experience with SPA architecture and a strong understanding of the transition to Microfrontend architecture.
  • Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Java Script, with a focus on responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Familiarity with frontend build tools and package managers, such as Webpack, Babel, npm, and Yarn.
  • Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Mob X) and React component libraries (e.g., Material-UI, Ant Design).
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, Graph QL, BFF and other backend integration techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
