The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic SAP S4 Program Manager to oversee, track and report on the implementation of our SAP S/4 program. In this role, you’ll manage the strategic planning and implementation of a large-scale digital roll-out, ensuring project objectives are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standard.
Aligning with Gallagher’s ‘New Ways of Working’, you will lead the program change process, working closely with business stakeholders across Gallagher to ensure seamless integration and the alignment of program priorities.
The Fit
You’ll need to be a customer inspired, solution-oriented problem-solver, have a good understanding of SAP Cloud Systems (specifically S/4 HANA) and have proven experience in the successful management of IT programs.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for success in this role, and stakeholder management will come naturally to you.
You’ll have analytical & strategic planning abilities, the ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities, as well as in-depth ITIL knowledge and experience with a diverse range of technology platforms.

You’ll also need:
- A degree in IT or related discipline
- Project management certification (PRINCE2 desirable)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing large-scale IT projects
- Prior success in ERP delivery
- Experience with agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira)
- SAP knowledge is highly desirable
