Restaurant Manager
KEY DUTIES INCLUDE:
Planning daily menu in consultation with chef(s).
Planning and organising catering for functions and special events.
Fully responsible for purchasing after comparing pricing and quality from various approved
suppliers.
To promote the store and products to the public by various methods.
Maintain records of stock levels and financial transactions.
Safely handle cash and maintain transaction records.
Ensure cleanliness and regular maintenance of equipment.
Ensure courteous, friendly, and quality service to customers.
Recruit, train, supervise and discipline staff and review their performance from time to time
Ensure compliance with health & safety with strict attention to preventing injury & accidents.
Greeting guests, assisting in order taking and reservation.
Handling guest complaints
Staff training
Maintaining sickness records
