The Role
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Quality Specialist in our maintenance team based in Christchurch.
as a Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and scoping a variety of reactive residential maintenance work ranging from small works i.e. installing/repairing a heat pump to a full bathroom refit. The scope of work is low value, high volume works adhering to our contracted KPIs (timeframes) and a lot of your time will be spent out of the office looking at work in progress, invoice checks and scoping work.
In this role, you will be working with a wide range of stakeholders from our internal trades team, fellow Quality Specialists, Quality Delivery Managers, our clients and tenants.
To be successful in this position, you will have an understanding of trades, particularly residential work/maintenance and understand the sequencing and order of trades on jobs.
There is a long-standing experienced team and structure, to support and train you in this role. The wide Quality team consists of 14 Quality Specialists, 3 Quality Delivery Managers and 3 Quality Assurance administrators, all working to ensure each member of the team is supported and able to be successful in the position.
