What you'll do:
We're looking for a dynamic Product Design Manager to lead the design for our digital products. In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to drive innovative design solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives. You will inspire a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.

• Design Strategy: Develop and implement design strategies that ensure a cohesive and consistent user experience across all products, driving innovation and creativity within the team.
• User Research: Oversee user research initiatives to gather insights, validate design concepts, and ensure that user needs are at the forefront of the design process.
• Design System Management: Maintain and evolve the company's design system, ensuring it is scalable, efficient, and aligned with brand standards.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all design outputs meet the highest quality standards, from initial concept to final implementation, including adherence to accessibility guidelines.

What you'll bring:
Strong communication and collaboration skills is essential, with the ability to translate technical requirements into compelling designs. With relentless focus and passion for delivering high quality. You will be a creative problem-solving and critical-thinker adept at influencing and persuading decision-makers while building and managing relationships with stakeholders. Organized and efficient, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

• User-Centered Design Expertise: 2 years plus proven experience in product design creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for digital products.
• Design Strategy Development: Track record of developing and implementing successful design strategies that align with business goals and drive product innovation.
• End-to-End Product Design: Proven ability to oversee the entire design process, from initial research and concept development to final execution and iteration.
• Advanced Prototyping Skills: Proficient in using design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite) to create high-fidelity prototypes and communicate design concepts effectively.
• User Research and Testing: Extensive experience in conducting and applying user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate product features.
• Design System Management: Experience in building, maintaining, and scaling design systems, ensuring consistency and efficiency across product teams.
