We are seeking a talented Principal Product Manager to support the Head of Product and the product delivery team in the successful planning, development, and delivery of digital products. Ensuring our products meet user needs, are high-quality and responsive as well as engaging personalised customer experiences.
What you'll do:
As Principal Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, gather and document requirements, ideate and assist in prioritising features, and contribute to the overall product strategy.

• End-to-End Product Ownership: Take full ownership of the product lifecycle from concept through launch and iteration, ensuring timely delivery and meeting quality standards.
• Advanced Requirements Gathering: Lead efforts to capture complex and nuanced requirements from senior stakeholders, including C-level, ensuring alignment with broader business strategies.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilise analytics, customer data, and industry benchmarks to inform product decisions, ensuring the product's market fit and competitive advantage.
• Innovative Product Development: Champion innovation within the product team, encouraging the exploration of new technologies, methodologies, and processes to enhance product offerings.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the product development process and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring product delivery stays on track.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary point of contact for product-related discussions with senior leadership, ensuring alignment and support for the product strategy. Factor in the commercial and technical requirements of stakeholders in every activity, ensuring strategic alignment with Media Works' KPIs.
• Financial Accountability: Work closely with finance teams to manage the product's budget, ensuring resource allocation aligns with strategic priorities and delivers ROI.

What you'll bring:
You will be customer centric and results driven, understanding the business' strategic imperatives, translating those into product solutions that add value to the user experience and Media Works business. With the relevant tertiary level qualification, robust analytical skills, strong communication whilst being an active listener. You have the ability to influence a diverse range of stakeholders to deliver high quality digital product outcomes.

• Up to 5 years of experience in a related role, such as a business analyst, project coordinator, or product owner.
• Full knowledge of product management principles and processes, including requirements gathering, user story creation ,ideation, and product release cycles.
• An understanding of user-centred design principles and the ability to advocate for the end user.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assist in making data-driven product decisions.
• Growth and adaptive mindset, with constant focus on quality delivery and customer centricity
• Drive to discover efficiencies, improve process and ROI
