This role will work closely with recruitment & HR personnel, residential housing suppliers, Talley’s processing department managers & supervisors to support the needs of our migrant workers from recruitment and onboarding through to development and career progression, and everything in between.
This will be a full-time position and based on your experience and qualifications, your annual salary will range from $55k - $70k.

About the role
This role will work closely with recruitment & HR personnel, residential housing suppliers, Talley’s processing department managers & supervisors to support the needs of our migrant workers from recruitment and onboarding through to development and career progression, and everything in between.
This will be a full-time position and based on your experience and qualifications, your annual salary will range from $55k - $70k.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
- Coordination of programs and services to support migrant workers upon their arrival in New Zealand.
- Coordination of flight arrivals and domestic transport arrangements and settling into accommodation.
- Coordinating the induction and onboarding for new employees with relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a database of migrant workers and track their on-job development progress. Support the needs of our migrant workers to ensure enjoyment of their time here in NZ.
- At least 2 years practical experience in a similar role.
- Experience in connecting migrant workers with the services they need, including housing, health care, legal services, and job training.
- Working knowledge of immigration, employment relations and privacy requirements.
- Demonstrated understanding of how to maintain appropriate confidentiality.
- Excellent organisational skills & interpersonal skills.
- To be empathetic and open to understanding the challenges faced by newcomers to NZ.
- Reliable.
- Honest, ethical.
- People Orientated.
