Four Square Coopers Beach is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Butchery Assistant to join our team for 4-6 hours a week, working on Tuesdays and Fridays. Additional hours will be available readily during the busy summer season.

Four Square Coopers Beach is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Butchery Assistant to join our team for 4-6 hours a week, working on Tuesdays and Fridays. Additional hours will be available readily during the busy summer season.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cutting meat and packaging, preparing nibbles, and handling fish cutting and vac packing
- Maintaining high standards of product quality and presentation
- Assisting with food safety practices and hygiene compliance
- Experience in butchery or food preparation is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Good organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit for lifting and working in chilled environments
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
