Operations Support
Real NZ is seeking a versatile and organised experienced driver, looking to transition off the road and into a hybrid role combining Operations Support and Coach Driver/Guiding. In this unique position, you'll play a key part in both supporting day-to-day transport operations and providing exceptional guest experiences.
What You'll Be Doing:
In the Operations Support side of the role, you'll assist leaders from the Whakatipu, Fiordland, and Mountain Experiences with their transport requirements. You'll have a focus on leading the coach cleaning operations, along with assisting the day-to-day coordination of general coach operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and friendly service for all guests, while overseeing logistical planning and rostering. As a Coach Driver/Guide, you'll be responsible for delivering high levels of service and comfort while guiding guests through the stunning landscapes of Fiordland, transporting thrill-seekers into Skippers Canyon or up the ski fields in the winter. You'll ensure that safety is maintained at all times for both passengers and staff, contributing to the seamless running of our transport operations.

What are we looking for?
- Class 4 & P Endorsement (essential)
- Experience driving in Alpine conditions and to Milford Sound (essential)
- Experience in operations and rostering with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to changing situations
- Hosting and guiding experience
