In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation, security and efficiency or the company’s ICT infrastructure and Cloud-Base services. This role requires you to roll your sleaves up and support the Technical Support Analyst as they provide support to internal and external users.
You will work closely with the Digital leadership team and help drive our digital roadmap and bring new technology initiatives, strategies, frameworks and processes to ensure continuous evolution and maturity of ICT operations. It will make sure that the business is leveraging and gaining the full benefit from ICT investments and new innovations.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Prioritise workflow and provide direction to Technical Support Analyst to ensure customer/business needs are met
Identify where improvements to the efficiency & effectiveness of function can be achieved
Monitor the organisations ICT services and platforms for irregularities, performance, or cyber security concerns.
Ensure adherence to procedures and good ICT practice
Vendor Management

Requirements:

Tertiary level degree/qualifications in related Information Technology fields
Extensive hands-on technical management and leadership experience across ICT platforms
Demonstrated experience with Active Directory, Microsoft365 Admin, Microsoft Azure administration platforms
Strong ICT vendor management experience and skills
Proven people management experience and skills
Ability to travel as needed
Available to work outside of regular hours to address urgent technical issues, project activity or perform system maintenance
