About the role
We seek energetic and enthusiastic people to join our team at HARIPRIY LIMITED T/A Super Blinds, Auckland, New Zealand. We currently have 1 Office Admin position at our outlet in Auckland. This is an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, friendly team where excellence, success, and people are valued and rewarded. The job involves an eye for detailing and record-keeping approach to every action in the office.

This is full-time, permanent employment with a minimum of 30 hours a week and an hourly rate of NZ$29.70/hour.

You will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors with a positive and professional demeanour.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, providing accurate information and taking messages as needed.
  • Handle walk-in customers and manage appointments for curtain-making and maintenance services.
  • Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Prepare documents related to technician visits at the customer’s place, including service orders and billing information.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring the front desk area is organized and presentable.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Provide information about services, pricing, and company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with scheduling and cancelling appointments when required.
  • Assist with invoicing and ensure accurate record-keeping for financial transactions.
  • May be required to perform other receptionist duties, as required.
  • Require to sorting, opening and send mail

  • The ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
  • Available to work on weekends, and public holidays.
  • Able to start early and finish late shift when required.
