Office Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and administration
- Manage office supplies, facilities, and equipment
- Supervise and coordinate the work of administrative staff
- Develop and implement office procedures and policies to ensure efficiency
- Assist in managing budgets, payroll, and financial records
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and service providers
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle general HR tasks, including staff scheduling, performance reviews, and recruitment
Key Requirements:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Management, or a related field
- Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or management role
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in office software and management tools
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
