We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to work alongside managers and subject matter experts supporting our improvement journey by evaluating, optimising and document our critical business processes. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Business Analyst within a large organisation, ideally across business and digital environments. This is a fantastic opportunity apply your well-honed critical thinking, collaboration and communication skills to understand, define, document and communicate systems and processes in plain language. It goes without saying that you will have or quickly develop knowledge of the health sector, the Hokianga community and our range of services.

DOCTORS
GP and Rural Hospital Doctor – Locum or Permanent opportunities providing comprehensive, integrated primary and secondary health services through our community clinics and rural hospital. Cornerstone accredited. Training available for those looking to expand their practice in rural medicine. Medical Officer Position Description
Rural Registrar Placement: broaden your skillset through exposure to a wide variety of presentations working within a close-knit, supportive team. Rural Hospital – level 2 and Rural General Practice runs can be carried out in tandem over a 12-month placement.
Applicants must be registered with the Medical Council of New Zealand to practice as a Doctor in New Zealand. Accommodation provided.
NURSING OPPORTUNITIES
Registered Nurse: support a diverse range of patients across accident and emergency, acute inpatient, and hospital level residential care across a 24/7 shift roster.
Community Health Nurse: undertake a wide range of nursing duties in our rural community including district nursing, public health nursing, practice nursing, well child nursing and palliative care.
Nurse Practitioner: demonstrate nursing leadership and provide clinical advice, care, and education. Place whānau at the centre of care, exploring health and wellbeing concerns, preferences, health behaviours, attitudes and priorities using a Kaupapa Māori strengths-based approach.
Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years’ experience, however applications are welcome from new graduates. Previous experience in rural setting or Māori health provider is desirable. You’ll need a current drivers licence and practicing certificate, with the ability to pass a police background check.
