Non Solo Pizza is an Auckland institution known for serving up some of the best authentic Italian cuisine this side of Milan. 25 years young. The space has been completely refurbished and boasts the best courtyard in Auckland. Leafy and cool. Perfect for wasting a Sunday with family. More than just Pizza Non Solo is bold, vibrant, modern Italian. Situated in the heart of Parnell. Three decades old and brand new.
The Opportunity
We are on the hunt for an experienced hospitality professional to step into the role of Duty Manager. Ideally, you will have at least 1 year experience in a comparable management role, a fantastic attitude with exceptional care and understanding for the overall customer experience, and are familiar with Italian cuisine and beverage. Flexibility to work nights and weekends, the right to work in New Zealand and a current LCQ and managers certificate or the eligibility to get on are essential.

In this role you will be responsible for:
- Day to day operations of the venue including; staff performance, customer experience, and quality of offerings at all times
- Legal compliance of the venue in particular to the Sale of Alcohol Act 2012
- Assisting with events and group bookings
- Financial management ensuring costs (labour and goods) are well managed
- Assist with the training and development of junior team members
- Maintaining venue standards and presentation at all times
