Full-Time Motel Manager – Beachside Motel and Holiday Park in West Coast, New Zealand
We are seeking a highly motivated Motel Manager to join our beachside holiday park located on the stunning West Coast of New Zealand. This is a full-time position offering at least 30 hours per week.
Qualifications and Experience:
We are seeking a highly motivated Motel Manager to join our beachside holiday park located on the stunning West Coast of New Zealand. This is a full-time position offering at least 30 hours per week.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management or a related field graduated in Australia or New Zealand is preferred.
- Alternatively, at least five years of relevant experience may substitute for formal qualifications.
- Direct and oversee reservation, reception, room service, and housekeeping activities.
- Supervise security arrangements as well as garden and property maintenance.
- Plan and supervise bar, restaurant, function, and conference activities.
- Ensure compliance with liquor, gaming, and other legal regulations.
- Regularly assess and review customer satisfaction.
- Oversee accounting and purchasing activities.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Provide guests with local tourism information, and arrange tours and transportation as needed.
