Maintenance Supervisor
- Permanent full-time role: Monday - Friday

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our team at our lovely Kapiti Village. Partnering with our Village Manager you will manage the maintenance of our tranquil and unique Village, which boasts unique beautiful gardens, a lake and wildlife.
The Maintenance Supervisor will play a key part in our village ensuring our residents continue to enjoy extraordinary living experiences in a well presented and safe environment.
Hours are Monday to Friday 7:30 - 4pm (40 hours per week)
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading maintenance team
- Catch & resolve maintenance related issues
- Liaise with Contractors as a key point of contact
- Manage preventative and planned maintenance schedules are completed on all plant, equipment and buildings within required standards.
- Lead all maintenance work including managing Long term maintenance programme
- Uphold compliance and Quality Improvement
- Keep your team and the wider organisation connected through prolific communication & inclusive engagement
- Deliver high standard of handyperson service as required.
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills ensuring projects run on time or are kept within your pre-prepared budget
- Ability to think outside of the box and be an excellent problem solver who is great at having multiple projects on the go
- A skilled communicator with a customer service focus keeping our residents at the core of what we do
- Solid computer skills
