We’re looking for a talented Maintenance Specialist to help us keep the good energy flowing. This interesting and varied role is responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing management of all Firstlight Network Routine Asset inspection and Maintenance programmes. You'll ensure all maintenance plans are kept up to date in our system (Maximo) and providing regular reporting on progress and issues. You'll also be responsible for managing Corrective Maintenance as and when it arises, and along with contractor management, will be a key part of this role. This role is based at our Gisborne office however will require some travel from time to time to complete onsite audits. Qualifications He aha tāu e kawe mai (What you will bring)
Along with your relevant tertiary qualification (electrical engineering), and 5+ years experience in the electricity industry it'd be great if you have strong skills and experience in work management. You'll be able to take a holistic view to planning, organising, leading and controlling maintenance outcomes. You'll also have a working knowledge of NZ Electrical regulations and standards, and be computer savvy (CMMS experience would be a bonus). Being a forward facing critical thinker will be important, along with a focus on building and maintaining relationships using your excellent communication skills. Salary Range: $100-120,000 per annum.
Hours: Permanent, Full Time (40 hours per week)
