About the role
We are currently looking for a Maintenance Adminstrator at our Blenheim based plant.
You will be responsible for ensuring the 100% availability and quality of spare parts on time for the maintenance team. CMMS analyses will be carried out proactively or post-conducted to constantly reduce downtime.
Hourly rate will be based on your experience and qualifications.

Job Description
About the role
We are currently looking for a Maintenance Adminstrator at our Blenheim based plant.
You will be responsible for ensuring the 100% availability and quality of spare parts on time for the maintenance team. CMMS analyses will be carried out proactively or post-conducted to constantly reduce downtime.
Hourly rate will be based on your experience and qualifications.
As a Maintenance Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- 50% Stores and Spare Parts Management.
- 30% Planning.
- 10% Analytics and reporting.
- 10% Continuous Improvement.
Qualifications
For this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience as a maintenance Supervisor.
- Strong Knowledge of trades with regards to FMCG, cleaning procedures and maintenance.
- Effective budgeting and performance management.
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices.
- Computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related communications tools.
