We’re looking for friendly and enthusiastic front-of-house team members to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a welcoming, seamless dining experience across our restaurants. If you're passionate about food and enjoy engaging with people, we'd love to have you on our team. Flexibility to work at different locations as per business needs is required.
Requirements for the role:
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Greet customers warmly, present menus, and offer beverage options upon arrival, serving as the first point of contact at the bar.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using a till for processing payments and ensure timely service to guests.
- Serve both food and drinks, delivering exceptional service during all customer interactions.
- Engage with customers, building positive relationships to enhance their dining experience.
- Support with food preparation as needed, adhering to established recipes and maintaining clean work habits.
- Clear tables promptly and return used dishes and cutlery to the kitchen after guests have finished.
- Keep the restaurant clean and organised and ensure a safe working environment at all times.
- Process payments efficiently, manage cash registers and handle transactions smoothly.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and cleanliness consistently throughout the restaurant.
Requirements for the role:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service
- Good communication skills.
- Available to work on weekends and do late evening shifts
- Physically fit to stand for longer hours
- Team worker and Interpersonal skills
- Good coordination skills
- Attention to detail
- Multi-tasker
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
