We're looking for a dynamic, reliable individual to join our team as a Barista / Front of House staff member.

As part of our team, your responsibilities will include:

Accurately taking customer orders and processing payments over a POS system.

Preparing professional quality beverages using a commercial coffee machine.

Preparing and serving cafe style food and drinks to customers.

Cleaning and maintaining cafe and equipment including but not limited to coffee grinders, espresso machines, convection ovens, display cabinets and counters.

Must be passionate about coffee, creative and have excellent presentation skills

You may be required to sell bread and patisserie items from the bakery.

Answer the bakery telephone and fulfil reasonable customer requests as required.

Clearing away used dishes and cutlery from tables when customers are finished.

Cleaning and preparing tables for use.

Washing and putting away dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils.

Receive deliveries and assist in putting away new stock.

Must enforce proper steps to ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements.

May be involved in cost control, ordering and purchasing.

Assist other staff members when required.

Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
