The role involves:

All aspects of front desk operations and assisting with reservations
Working efficiently with our maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure the property is presented to the highest standard.
Superb communication skills when interacting with guests, suppliers, residents and owners
Handling guest requests and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Striving to improve the properties operations and finding efficiencies in processes.
Ensuring security is effectively managed at all times.
Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations.

A suitable candidate will have:

Previous experience in a hotel based role
Microsoft Office skills
Superb communication skills
