Duty Manager

Four Square Torbay has been part of the local community from many years, and we are proud of the quality, service and smiles we deliver. We are famous for our friendly service and awesome range and are looking for a great team member to join us.

The role:

We are looking for an All-Star Duty Manager who can motivate, inspire and excite our team. Responsible for ensuring the customer gets a first-class experience, by ensuring freshness and quality of produce and outstanding personal service at all times of the day.
The role includes making sure all departments are running well while on duty, merchandising store as needed, helping out with customer enquiries and closing up the store at the end of the day.
Inventory management and filling of the store and ordering stock.

What are we looking for:

A passion for delivering awesome customer experiences.
Retail and/or grocery experience
Barista experience would be a bonus.
Liquor License would be great.
