As the Duty Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless and efficient operations at our Front Desk. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting guests with enquiries, reservations, and housekeeping needs with promptness and professionalism.
Assisting daytime teams to ensure the Front Desk operates fluidly and proficiently.
Upholding our commitment to excellence in guest service, ensuring their comfort, safety, and satisfaction at all times.
Utilizing Opera PMS to manage front office operations effectively.
Requirements:
We are looking for individuals with the following qualifications and attributes:
At least 3 years of prior experience in a hotel front office role with both day and night experience, and 1 year of experience as a Duty Manager with familiarity with Opera PMS preferred.
Experience completing the Night Audit process will be an advantage.
Strong communication skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
LCQ, GM, and First Aid Certificates or the ability to attain them.
Flexibility to work night shifts, weekdays, weekends, and evenings as required.
