Domain Chapter Lead – Transition & Business Integration
We are seeking an experienced Domain Chapter Lead (DCL) to oversee and drive the integration and transition activities for a critical technology operating model change. This role ensures operational stability and leads cross-functional teams through the transition phase and into BAU mode. Additionally, you will focus on business outcomes while managing both integration projects and BAU technology outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate integration activities across teams, ensuring alignment and smooth transitions.
- Drive transformation benefits, focusing on operational improvements, technical debt, commercial performance, and customer success.
- Ensure continuous operational stability during the transition, collaborating with team leads and mitigating risks.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, maintaining open communication and progress reporting.
- Implement change management strategies and guide teams through new processes and systems.
Required Experience:
- Proven success in leading cross-functional projects affecting multiple business units.
- Strong background in operational efficiency, cost savings, and process improvements.
- Expertise in change management and integration of diverse teams and processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts to all levels of the organisation.
