We are looking for a talented Compliance and EHSR Advisor to join our team at a dynamic production facility in Frankton, Hamilton. This full-time role, Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, focuses on ensuring compliance and enhancing health, safety, and risk management protocols across the site.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accreditation standards and conduct internal and supplier audits.
Implement and oversee all Environmental, Health, Safety, and Risk (EHSR) activities.
Provide support for injury management and develop the EHSR capabilities on-site and off-site.
Manage the EHSR Improvement Plan and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Oversee the Quality Management system, including ISO 9001 certification.
Handle customer complaints and manage site compliance with council regulations.
Complete associated reporting tasks.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on EHSR/Compliance experience, ideally in a medium to large manufacturing environment.
In-depth knowledge of EHSR legislative requirements.
Experience with Environmental Improvement Plans, Occupational Health and Safety, and site security.
EH&S Certificate Level 3 or a relevant tertiary qualification is preferred.
Strong leadership skills with a passion for safety and the ability to drive change.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and analytical abilities.
Familiarity with quality and compliance systems.
Willingness to travel to off-site locations and attend conferences as required.
Proficient in computer literacy.
