- Competitive hourly rate of $29.00 - $32.00 working Tuesday to Saturday

The Role:
- Enhance the reputation of the business by promoting and encouraging ‘best practice’ standards in product quality, range and customer service and managing the team in all operational aspects.
- Maintain ‘best practice’ standards in Food Safety, Health & Safety, fair trading, and ensure 100% compliance with instore policies and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure all operational and stock control standards are fully implemented and targets are met or exceeded.
- Use your creative flair to wow customers with new products not currently sold in store.
- The role also includes the usual butchery back and front of house tasks.
- Add your own flair and help drive the department by taking real pride in your productivity and presentation
