Are you passionate about good food that has great farm to table ethos behind it? We are searching for a motivated and ambitious Business Manager with a unique blend of passion, leadership and expertise to lead the team of the well-established restaurant Paddock to Plate. We have a good product, but we need your skills to execute with excellence.
With an adjoining entertainment venue in a great location, this role offers a bright future for someone with vision, enthusiasm and solid hospitality business knowledge.
This exciting role will encompass many factors, but your core responsibilities will include:

Growing true to brand supplier relationships
Establishing marketing initiatives that are impactful and drive engagement
Creating and growing patron engagement and loyalty
Leading operational excellence across front and back of house operations
Attracting and retaining top talent, ensuring the team reflects the high standards of the brand
Handling employment relations including front of house recruitment, training and performance management
Booking, managing and promoting events and functions

About you
You are looking for an opportunity to showcase your talent for telling a story behind the product and turning insights into unforgettable customer experiences. You’ll be well versed in providing dynamic leadership, with an ability to motivate and drive operational performance in the team. Ambitious and committed, you will enjoy working for a company that may offer a shareholding in the business in the future.
Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:

A passion for sustainable living with a focus on locally sourced produce
An ability to tell a great story
A high level of organisational and communication skills
Robust financial management abilities
Working knowledge in occupational health, safety, and environment principles
Motivation for business excellence and continuous improvement
Availability to work on weekends, evenings and public holidays
