Pw C’s Business Support team plays an integral part of the Internal Firm Services framework - supporting the business with highly skilled, technical and adaptive support staff. As a Business Assistant in our Pōneke / Wellington office, you will be responsible for working with Assurance Partners and the wider teams, providing business support, administrative support, project coordination and enabling our people and teams to perform to the highest standard. The Assurance team is working with a large number of clients, providing an excellent service in the market. You will be a ‘go to’ person for the team on many matters and will enjoy a varied and rewarding career.
With an ever changing and fast moving environment you need to be ready and flexible to support the business needs; you will forge strong relationships within the business and manage a wide variety of requests with confidence.
Your key responsibilities would include but not be limited to:
Diary management and coordination of Partner diaries
Planning and coordinating client and internal meetings, including room bookings, video conference support and catering requirements
Event management and coordination for local and national events - working closely with our Markets team
Coordinating document production through our Internal Service Delivery Centre, ensuring that our presentation is of the highest quality and adhering to Pw C brand standards
Guiding and up-skilling our teams with using multiple internal systems and supporting best practice
Supporting the wider Business Support teams in preparation for billing and client engagement economics in a timely manner

Successful candidates will be highly motivated, provide outstanding client service delivery and be able to manage workloads and deadlines effectively.
4-5+ years of experience in a Personal Assistant/ Secretarial and or Business Administration capacity
Experience within a professional services and/or corporate environment is preferred but not essential
Intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft Office and Google Suites is desirable
Strong project coordination skills and ability to work collaboratively
Highly organised and resilient with an ability to effectively plan and prioritise multiple tasks and manage time to meet deadlines in a changing environment
Excellent attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to learn and understand new systems quickly, e.g. experience in financial systems would be an advantage
