Brand Ambassador
CS&Co. is part of the DKSH Group and is New Zealand’s largest distributor of cosmetics, fragrances, skincare, wellness and haircare products. We take pride in representing luxury fragrance brands like Gucci, Calvin Klein, and Givenchy, alongside a portfolio of market-leading premium consumer Beauty brands including Fudge, Natio, Trilogy, O.P.I, Rimmel London, and many more.

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated Brand Ambassador to join CS&Co. and represent our Givenchy brand. You’ll help us reach sales goals, keep up the brand’s image, support the team in-store, and provide great customer service. This role is 30 hours per week working Thursday to Sunday with some flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Goals: Work with the Retail Manager to meet sales targets
Stock Management: Keep products and testers stocked and report to us
Teamwork: Lead and motivate team members
Stock/Merchandising: Keep the store clean and products well-presented
Admin & Reporting: Prepare and share sales reports and feedback
Events: Find and manage business opportunities and events with the Sales & Marketing Team
Communication: Keep in touch with Store Managers and our Head Office

What We’re Looking For:

Attitude & Skills: Be respectful, polite, and clear in communication. Show empathy and build good relationships
Work Attitudes: Be a leader with enthusiasm, curiosity, and adaptability
Relational Techniques: Listen well, ask good questions, and offer helpful advice
Digital Skills: Be comfortable using digital tools

Background:

Previous retail management experience with proven sales success
Knowledge of foreign languages is advantageous but not essential
Own vehicle or ability to travel across the greater Auckland region to various Givenchy retail stores (e.g., Farmers Albany, Farmers Manukau)
