Are you outgoing, energetic and have a passion for coffee?
Join our Nespresso Kiosk Team for the Holiday Season and represent an Internationally recognised Coffee Brand.
Your primary focus will be to demonstrate Nespresso coffee through sampling, converting engagements into sales.

- Full Time, Part time & Casual Roles Available
- Location: Bayfair Shopping Centre
- Contract Term: 8 weeks - 4th November 2024 - 29th December 2024
- Availability: Monday - Sunday Roster
- Opportunity to extend post contract
Your primary focus will be to demonstrate Nespresso coffee through sampling, converting engagements into sales.
As a Kiosk Brand Ambassador you will:
- Engage customers through coffee sampling.
- Convert customer engagements into coffee sales.
- Assist customers in finding their perfect machine.
- Drive brand engagement.
- You are high energy and have a passion to work within a team
- Available to work Monday – Sunday and late night shopping trade hours on a roster system
- You have impeccable standards of personal grooming
- You excel at communication and relationship building
- Prepare coffee for customers using Nespresso coffee & machines.
- Complete coffee transactions.
- Customer service and relationship building with excellent communication skills
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kiosk.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of sales.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of consumables & milk products.
- Work collaboratively with team members.
- Perform opening and closing duties as required.
