We are seeking an experienced Business Support Administrator to assist with the smooth running of the Capital Markets & Auckland Metropolitan Investment Sales teams. Reporting to the Head of Capital Markets, you will be the first point of contact for everything relating to the effective management of the business units.
What we are looking for:

This will help to advance your career and provide opportunities to progress into future roles within the JLL business, including but not limited to; Brokerage, Analyst and Integrated Facilities Management.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Nitro Pro
Knowledge of social media platforms, online marketing tools and marketing campaign development and implementation processes
Experience with the production of marketing collateral and platforms
Understand and prioritise requirements and time constraints from a team of commissioned brokers
Ability to quickly learn new systems and/or follow new processes
Be able to generate clear and concise written communication
Have a strong attention to detail
