Hawkes Bay Toyota is a large, successful, franchised motor-vehicle group with stores in Hastings, Napier, Gisborne, Rotorua and Taupo.
Our Eastland branch is seeking an energetic, friendly and driven person to join our Team. This role is based in the Service Department, amongst other things you will be greeting customers and preparing the paperwork for when they collect their vehicles. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will serve as a crucial link between our technicians and customers. This key role is important to the smooth operation and overall success of our workshop.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administration or customer role. We find people from hospitality or retail are often successful in the position. Full training on the administrative tasks will be provided by the very experienced team around you. A great attitude is the #1 thing we are after, obviously it’s very helpful if you have great computer skills and be able to quickly learn new systems with a positive and proactive attitude.
We are looking for strong communication and interpersonal skills with the natural ability to engage with people from different walks of life and really understand what going the extra mile means.
This is a full-time, permanent role - Monday to Friday.
