Spotless (a Downer Company) has the contract with the New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF) for Facilities Maintenance and Management at four main bases: Linton Military Camp, RNZAF Base Ohakea, Burnham Military Camp and Waiouru Military Training Area, the National Army Museum, and several satellite sites where we deliver a suite of services to support Defence capability.
The purpose of this role is to support the 3 contracts with administrative and operational support. This position is based at our Waiouru Military Camp.
The key responsibilities for the role are:

Champion Zero Harm.
Deliver administrative functions as well as operation support with quality and within agreed timeframes.
Develop strong, collaborative customer relationships and ensure customer interactions are positive and constructive.
Work constructively in a centralised team environment.

Nga pūkenga matua | Important Skills

A minimum 2 years’ administrative experience in a busy environment.
Experience in delivering accurate data entry and providing administrative support including processing purchase orders and invoice approvals.
Experience in working in a time pressured, KPI driven environment.
Intermediate Microsoft application skills.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
