We are seeking an administrative assistant to join our friendly and dedicated team in the Dean's Office of AUT's Faculty of Business, Economics, and Law. This is a permanent position, reporting directly to the Executive Assistant to the Pro-Vice Chancellor and Faculty Dean.
This position requires excellent time management and prioritisation skills to support a range of stakeholders across a varied portfolio of work. You will be comfortable working independently to meet deadlines and complete tasks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, and you will enjoy maintaining positive and collaborative working relationships.
