Administration Support Officer 12 Month Fixed Term Wellington Based Te Haeata/The Opportunity If varied work, a great team environment and the chance to make a positive impact appeals, then this is the job for you. Calling on your previous admin experience and talent for multi tasking, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations – responsible for quality customer services and practical support both in and out of Court. This position will cover work at both the Court of Appeal and the High Court at Wellington. At each court, you'll enjoy the diversity of duties including liaising with relevant stakeholders, providing judicial and registry support, taking care of general administration, and assisting with the running of various processes within the building. You're an excellent communicator with good English and computer skills and have the ability to interact well with a wide range of people. Utu ā-tau/Salary The remuneration band for this role is $54,343 to $74,416 – while the appointing salary will be based on skills and experience, we are willing to pay higher in the band to attract strong candidates into this role.
