We are looking for an experienced 3 Waters Supervisor to join the Wairoa team working on the WDC 3 Waters contract. You will be responsible for the people management and coordination of crews daily. This will include planning jobs and projects they to need to attend, arranging traffic management, materials, and plant. You will ensure your teams are complying with the environmental, quality and other corporate policies and achieving agreed financial outcomes for the stormwater and drainage related maintenance services delivered under the WDC 3 Waters contract.
In addition to the above you will:

Manage of a safe work environment for all employees, subcontractors and public on all your sites

Co-ordination of resources to safely and efficiently complete planned work

Supervise projects in a profitable and efficient manner ensuring the highest quality standards

Provide onsite leadership to the crews

Effective service delivery and interaction with the client and stakeholders

Experience within a maintenance/capital works contracting environment
-
Experience in operating and maintaining 3 Water networks

Experience in developing staff skills to provide career pathways and improve operational effectiveness and efficiency

Promote and champion a safe environment for yourself and your team members

Strong interpersonal skills

Knowledge and understanding of plans

Class 1 full licence
