Experience:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in AMS or a similar IT service management role.
• Strong understanding of AMS processes and methodologies.
• Experience with SAP AMS or other enterprise application management services is a plus.

Skills:

• Fluent Dutch required.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to gather and document business requirements effectively.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) and IT service management (e.g., ITIL) are highly desirable.
