Value Stream Supervisor
Ensure the production safety, quality and environment. Make sure production meets the HSE requirement. Responsible for shop floor workers’ safety, health and Personal protective. Manage the 5S
Line balancing experienced
Arrange the production schedule, supervise production plans
Ensure the productivity and on time delivery
Provide guidance and approval in the production process
Carry through the production according to Quality Guidelines and current instructions. Control the production quality, reduce the defects
Report and handle ad-hoc situations of production
Supervise blue collar and appraisal of their performance
Train the production Line Leaders staff to have the right skill, knowledge and attitude and conduct performance assessment. Motivate and coach subordinates.
Coordinate different parties of operations team (Engineering, planning, etc.) to make sure smooth production for responsible products
Make sure that actual stocks are in accordance with system registrations.
Material accounting handling in SAP system, control the material attrition cost
Plan and lead Continuous Improvement Projects with an emphasis on the quality and product efficiency
Implement new initiatives
Other projects and responsibilities assigned by company and department head
