The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our travel packages, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role is essential for growing our client base and achieving our sales targets. Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell travel packages, tours, and services to new and existing clients through various channels (phone, email, face-to-face).
Identify customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable travel options and packages.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Negotiate and close sales deals while meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
Stay up-to-date with travel trends, destination knowledge, and product offerings to effectively advise clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and attract potential customers.
Handle customer inquiries, provide detailed information on travel options, and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and transactions using CRM software.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
