LOCATION
This position is located at our property Amanjena Marrakech in Morocco.
THE POSITION
Reporting to the Director of Reservation and Revenue, the reservation agent assists Aman guests with their booking needs
Responsibilities:
Assist and advise guests who may be choosing from a variety of rooms options
Check availability of accommodation or transportation on the customers’ desired travel dates
Help plan travel itineraries by suggesting local tourist attractions and places of interest
Processs with payments and send confirmation details to customers
Sort out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations
Sell and promote reservation services
Answer any questions customers might have about the reservation process
Up-sell, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages
Provide support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation
Qualifications:
Customer-service experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & French
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
