The Chef de Partie is responsible for ensuring the highest standards in food preparation and presentation, and contributing to the overall success of the kitchen team.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes with consistency in taste and presentation.
Supervises the kitchen brigade within his section.
Conduct regular quality checks on all dishes leaving the kitchen.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, including HACCP standards.
Mentor and train junior kitchen staff.
Assist in inventory management and cost control.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in luxury hotels or fine dining, with at least 1 year as a Chef de Partie.
Culinary diploma or degree.
Strong culinary techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
Proficiency in English is an advantage.
