Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with development teams to ensure that the product design.
- Analyzing the technical package and assess the feasibility.
- Contributing to development of the manufacturing process.
- Leading the Trim developing of new products.
- Create and verify BOMs. And ensure the BOM audit.
- Manage and monitor technical documents for different products.
- Testing products to ensure they meet performance and quality standards.
- Developing and testing technical solutions, such as simulation, modeling, optimization, statistical analysis
- Contributing to PFMEA activities.
- Ensure and provide the necessary training to operational staff following product level changes.
- Develop and submit the PPAP documentation related to the product.
- Monitoring the process performance and implementing the improvements to meet objectives
- Troubleshooting problems associated with the product and method.
- Establishing procedures and individuals working instruction complying with the health and safety standards.
- Providing training and support to the staff about the new product, and best practices.
Key skills and Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Industrials, mechanical or electromechanical engineering.
- Proficiency in using various software and tools, such as PLM, ERP.
- Team spirit
- A strong sense of responsibility
- Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
